MR Maintenance

Windows Application

Customer: State Utility Contractors
Owner: City of Camden, South Carolina
Technologies: C#, SQL Server, SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS)

The wastewater plant supervisor, Richard Kirkland, commissioned MR Systems to create a CMMS (computerized maintenance management system) that is easy to use and integrates with the Wonderware InTouch HMI application we provided as part of their new plant SCADA system. Using MR Maintenance, Richard is able to create work order requests that are automatically scheduled based on a calendar schedule, equipment runtime hours, or equipment cycles. There is even an option to create one-time work order requests that do not repeat. Equipment is organized in a hierarchy of facilities and equipment locations, and the equipment detail screen allows Richard to add equipment photos, manuals, and related links to manufacturer and vendor websites or any other URL he chooses. A full history of all work order requests and completed work orders is stored in the MR Maintenance database. A SQL Report Server displays user-friendly work order and history reports that are accessed from any web browser on the SCADA network at the wastewater plant.
